Thank you for shopping with UNO AROMA. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our fragrances. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.

To be eligible for any consideration:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging, seal, and tags must be intact

  • Products with opened boxes or broken seals are strictly non-returnable

Once the box is opened, the product will be considered used, and no return or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

We only accept return or replacement requests if:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

Mandatory Requirement:
A complete and clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package till the product is fully visible) is required.
Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted, regardless of the issue.

All such concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


No Refund / No Return Conditions

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Box opened or seal broken

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference issues

  • Minor packaging imperfections

  • Sale items or gift cards


Shipping Charges

  • In any exceptional case where a return or replacement is approved:

    • Forward and reverse shipping charges must be borne by the customer

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Shipping charges must be paid in advance

  • For Prepaid orders:

    • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, the product must be returned first, and a new order can be placed separately after approval.


Refund Process (If Applicable)

If a return is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

  • Bank processing times may vary
